(סימן כל תרי שטרי דראבין בר רב נחמן אונאה וקבלנותא)

And others say, [this is a] penalty,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The compensation is not based on the Biblical law, according to which a person is always assumed to consent to buy fruit together with a certain quantity of refuse. ');"><sup>18</sup></span> [because] it is usual [only for] a quarter [of a <i>kab</i> of refuse] to be found [in each <i>se'ah</i>];<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' And the seller must not be penalised for this. ');"><sup>19</sup></span>
